To ensure quality of support we have a designated First Line of Technical Support Team available to our customers on the majority of the products we carry. Our goal is to maximize your productivity and return-on-investment. Our very educated and experienced Application Engineers are designated to the products of their specialty and are dedicated to being your first-line resource for software-related and technical issues.
All support requests are taken and logged immediately by our FLS Administrator. If not answered right away they are typically returned by the appropriate AE within one hour.
